Redevelopment of an Existing Industrial Site

GTM provided full architecture and interior design services of the new 6-story structure with 139 apartment units. A concrete podium was constructed at the first level with 5-stories of wood frame above. The building’s exterior skin speaks to the former industrial uses on site by incorporating face brick with stone trim accents, metal panels, and large glazed openings. A 60-space parking garage located at grade level was provided for residents of both buildings. Residents have access to the project’s many amenities including the following: bike storage shop with tune-up capabilities, a dog spa, conference room, business center, game room, yoga studio, pool, fitness, and communal lounge. Additionally the highly landscaped exterior features a dog walking zone, recreational and contemplative courtyards and a grade level plaza for community gatherings.
