GTM Architects has experience in a variety of Multifamily/Mixed-Use urban redevelopment projects, including both lowrise and highrise construction. GTM has led the desin team through the entitlement process on a range of projects from small infill to large planned developments. Our team members have extensive experience working with local regulatory agencies and neighborhood groups in the District of Columbia and the surrounding region. Our design philosophy is rooted in a collaborative team approach, building consensus amongst the various stakeholders involved in each project. Our design solutions embrace the existing urban, historical and social context of each site.
