Marketing Manager

GTM Architects has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager – advancing GTM’s marketing initiatives by coordinating the firm’s marketing strategies and efforts. We are seeking an organized and creative individual with 2 to 5 years’ experience to join our award-winning team located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Job responsibilities include:

- Preparing/managing written and graphic marketing content using InDesign/Canva for brochures, proposals, RFP’s, RFQ’s, etc.
- Developing social media content in conjunction with design staff
- Managing website and related content
- Coordinating professional photography, including scheduling, scouting, and coordinating project photoshoots as required
- Managing design awards schedule and executing award submissions in conjunction with design staff; attendance at awards events where applicable
- Maintaining marketing content in a user-friendly system for ready use of design staff; content includes photography, staff photos/resumes, graphic content, branding, written material, etc.
- Coordinating RFP/RFQ responses including organization, schedule management, supporting graphics, written copy, etc.
- Coordinating with staff for their participation in trade conferences, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
- Assisting & coordinating the efforts of PR consultants, articles submissions, publications, etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills for consideration:

- 2 to 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing, preferably related to Architectural, Interiors, Engineering or Construction (AIEC) Industries

- A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media and digital marketing
- Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail in all work
- Strong organizational and communication skills and work ethic
- Self-motivated with an ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgement with minimal direction
- Team player who can effectively multitask, collaborating with various staff members to successfully meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Architecture, Interior Design or related field preferred; experience may be substituted for education
- Graphic design skill/experience are a plus
- Production or event coordination experience are a plus
