Position Available: Marketing Coordinator

GTM Architects is looking for enthusiastic, creative marketing, photography, or graphic design students to join our team as Marketing Coordinators for Summer 2026. As a member of our dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting a range of marketing campaigns and design projects. At GTM, we are committed to fostering your professional growth, providing a vibrant, community-driven workplace culture. Interns at GTM work closely with our Marketing Director, contributing to projects across branding, digital marketing, and graphic design. Your work will directly influence our marketing strategies, client deliverables, and overall brand presence.

What You'll Do:
Your internship will expose you to a variety of projects, with opportunities to contribute to:
• Concept & Creative Development: Brainstorm ideas and assist in the development of creative concepts for marketing materials and branding.
• Design & Asset Creation: Help design digital assets, including social media graphics, brochures, and website elements.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media management.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to support marketing campaigns.
• Presenting Ideas & Client Communications: Help prepare presentations and marketing materials to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.

This is a hands-on opportunity for you to gain real-world experience in marketing and graphic design while contributing to the creation of innovative, impactful campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
• Academic Progress: In pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.) and photography tools such as Adobe Lightroom or similar.
• Creative Talent: Strong design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for visual communication.
• Professionalism & Adaptability: A well-organized, multitasking team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment.
• Innovative Approach: An ability to generate thoughtful and unconventional solutions quickly.
• Social Media Superstar: Knows how to capture the attention of our target audiences and can increase followers across our social media platforms.
