Two projects designed by GTM Architects have been featured in Modern Luxury Interiors magazine, as part of the Mid-Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Issue.

The kitchen from our Waterfront Farmhouse project is showcased in Michael McCarthy's article, "Fine Lines," which highlights recent kitchen projects from local design firms. "The renovation brings new life and functionality to the home while preserving its architectural character," he writes.

Principal Luke Olson is also quoted about the kitchen, explaining how "the design builds upon the home's original framework, preserving its essence while transforming a fragmented collection of additions into an enduring waterfront retreat."

Elsewhere in the issue, our work on a home overlooking the Potomac River Valley is highlighted in McCarthy's article, "It's Show Time," about two homes for sale in DC's Palisades neighborhood. "The architecture is classically grounded but distinctly contemporary in its livability, with four levels linked by a sculptural staircase and private elevator and expansive Loewen wood windows and French doors that keep the landscape in constant conversation with the interiors," he writes.
