Following previous successfully completed projects within 2 Bethesda Metro Center, GTM Architects partnered once again with CCLC to design three speculative office suites totaling more than 5,000 square feet, helping prospective tenants quickly envision their future workplace. The suites combine flexible layouts, contemporary finishes, and hospitality-inspired details to deliver welcoming, move-in-ready environments that appeal to a variety of users.

Thoughtful space planning supports both focused work and collaboration, while refined material selections create a polished, professional atmosphere.
