Designed for Collaboration, Grounded in Flexibility

After deciding to downsize and relocate from their Chantilly office, Eastern Research Group (ERG) selected Fairfax, VA, for its improved accessibility and proximity to various food, retail, and service options. The newly designed 9,000 SF office reflects ERG’s commitment to fostering collaboration and employee well-being. To maximize natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere, glass front partitions were strategically incorporated throughout the space. This design choice enhances visibility and connectivity while maintaining privacy in private offices and meeting rooms. The office also features a balanced mix of flexible collaboration areas, and breakout spaces to support various working styles.
