An open, flexible layout promotes transparency and collaboration, with studios organized by discipline and Leadership positioned near their teams. Height-adjustable workstations are paired with soft seating,
collaboration zones, and huddle and phone rooms. Acoustic comfort is achieved through suspended ACT ceiling clouds, sound-absorbing carpet tiles, and acoustic finishes throughout.

Lighting enhances both performance and sustainability, combining abundant natural light with cove and dimmable linear lighting featuring daylight harvesting. Color-tunable lighting in the materials library ensures
accurate product evaluation. Durable, timeless materials reinforce brand identity, while inclusive features—such as varied seating, sensory-conscious lighting, a Wellness Room, and a sunlit break room—support privacy, connection, and overall well-being.
