Modern Comfort in Martha’s Vineyard

Rooted in the timeless character of New England architecture, this Martha's Vineyard home strikes a balance between elegance and comfort, inviting both relaxation and celebration. Contemporary interiors unfold with clean lines and light-filled spaces, enriched by traditional detailing that bridges past and present. A dedicated bunkroom maximizes sleeping capacity for guests, reflecting the casual and communal spirit of coastal living.

A courtyard-style plan organizes the home around a central pool, transforming the space into a private oasis. Expansive folding glass walls blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, while a double-sided fireplace anchors the entertainment area, providing warmth and atmosphere year-round. This design approach fosters both intimacy and connection, whether for family living or social gatherings.
