This condominium development is in DC’s Capitol Riverfront District, just two blocks from Nationals Park. The design balances bold urban presence with refined residential detail, setting the tone for the development to follow.

The façade plays with layered contrast—solid precast panels peel away at the corners to reveal floor-to-ceiling glass, while rhythmic glass bays and balconies add texture and depth. A curved glass tower demarcates the corner entry and introduces verticality and softness. At street level, semi-private terraces and a recessed ground floor promote pedestrian engagement and neighborhood connection.
