For the renovation of the 5th floor at 2 Bethesda Metro, GTM created four new Spec Suites ranging from 1,500 sf to nearly 6,000 sf. Each of the new tenant suites incorporates a mix of open and closed working spaces along with conference, huddle, and phone rooms, as well as newly designed reception areas. A Dhive glass system was utilized throughout, maximizing natural light and bringing openness to the design, while fun and lively focal points accent the workspaces, created by striking wallcoverings, pops of color on the walls, and unique tile backsplashes. The contemporary and functional design concept resulted in Spec Suites that appeal to a wide range, including some already leased to new building tenants prior to completion.
