Pluma by Bluebird Bakery is a newly opened café concept located near Union Market in the Edison Building. GTM was able to transform the ground level retail space using a mix of rustic wall panels and handmade Colombian tile in shades of traditional white & cool blues juxtaposed against warm brass fixtures & display cases. GTM Architect brought the Chef’s design vision and baking traditions to life in an open kitchen layout by combining bright and lively materials.
