Natural Materials and Clean Design Give Focus to a Raw Food Bar

Raw-ish is a new concept, plant-based food stall located in Foggy Bottom’s new Western Market food hall in Washington DC. GTM’s design was inspired by the natural, clean ingredients of the vegan foods served. To create the clean and sleek upscale design our client wanted, we began by incorporating natural materials, such as the prominent wood accents, to emulate the ‘raw’ ingredients used in the vendor’s offerings. The walk-up stall utilizes sustainable elements and makes a bold statement with its white and deep green palette. Within a limited footprint, GTM provided a functional stall to accomplish all practical needs for the client that also complemented their vision and brand.
