Spec Suites: 2677 Prosperity Avenue

The complete renovation of the 2nd floor at 2677 Prosperity Avenue created 6,700 rentable sf and included two new spec suites for prospective tenants. The design concept for these office spaces aligns with the modern sophistication established by GTM’s previously completed building upgrades to the main lobby and amenity spaces of Prosperity Metro Plaza. Each suite has a newly designed reception area and was developed to include a conference room, open and closed offices, storage rooms, copy and print areas, break room and phone rooms, complemented by new millwork and upscale finishes. The renovation also included upgrades to the elevator lobby, corridors and restrooms to prepare the floor for a wide range of new tenants.
