For the renovation of suites 625 and 700 at 750 17th Street in downtown DC, GTM Architects created contemporary and flexible workspaces to accommodate a wide range of tenants. Each of the suites, which encompass between 3,500-4,000 sf of office space, include new reception areas, open and closed offices, phone rooms, conference rooms and break rooms, as well storage and IT areas. Large expanses of glass prevent the offices and conference rooms from feeling too enclosed, modernizing the space with a sense of openness and greater light. Custom millwork and unique, high-end finishes were also incorporated, such as the striking and colorful wall coverings, tiled backsplashes, and warm wood accents.
