GTM Architects designed a vibrant new office for a growing marketing agency to maximize collaboration in their ULine Arena suite located in Washington DC. The program required three private offices, conference and huddle rooms, galley kitchen, phone rooms, and an overall open layout for the space that would capitalize on their collaborative culture. GTM brought the client’s vision to life by creating a bright, open office and utilizing colors that align with the firm’s corporate identity. From polished concrete floors, large glass areas, exposed duct work and open galley to bold, vivid accent walls and intimate phone rooms, all design components combine to support the intended openness and collaborative nature of the space.
