Spec Suites: 1775 Wiehle Avenue

GTM’s extensive renovation of 1775 Wiehle Avenue included the creation of two newly designed spec suites. The suite entries were redesigned with frameless, full glass doors and sleek ladder pull hardware, and each incorporate conference rooms, break rooms, open and closed offices, print areas and storage spaces. The 2,300 sf and 2,500 sf spec suites share the building’s 2nd floor with 3,200 sf of amenity spaces, including a new Town Hall Lounge with catering area and an updated elevator lobby. The neutral and contemporary color palette utilized throughout the suites is complemented with wood millwork for added warmth.
